Sprocket School is a collection of suggested best practices for film exhibition in the 21st century. It is intended to be a practical resource for exhibitors, projectionists, archivists, programmers, and curators who want to safely continue projecting analog motion picture film of every gauge long into the future.


NOTE: This project is currently in development. Many articles are currently just sketches of information to be included. The eventual goal is to compile both original information (encompassing differences in how things are done in different booths, but with an eye toward responsible digital-era film handling) and links to outside resources.
